I found this cute cute picture from weheartit.com Isn’t it adorable? In a few hours from now it’ll be Friday. Yey! So why am I so excited? Well it’s the last day of the work week and that means we are a day closer for the weekend. For the weekend I am looking forward to good food and partying. But no party is ever fun without the right company. =) What are you guys doing for the weekend?

Kids always seems to be asking a lot of questions. Earlier today while playing with my kid cousin just out of the blue she pointed out how she saw an elephant way up in the clouds. We decided to sit out on the lawn and draw clouds and whatever pictures the clouds showed us. It was fun, then she asked me what clouds taste like? and then she went on to proceed how it would feel to sit on clouds.

What do clouds taste like? I think they would taste like cotton candies, sweet and soft and so addicting. Or maybe clouds would probably taste bitter from all the pollution that we seem to have. I don’t know. Sitting on clouds would seem like a good idea. It would be a breath of fresh air (or fresh pollution). It would be nice to sit on clouds and travel the world. And see all my bloggy buddies.

Ok, I guess my kid cousin has rubbed off on me because my thoughts seems to be so airyyyy. hehehehe. Anyway, I hope you all have a great week.

I have been absent from the blogosphere for a little over a week. Where have I been? For those of you following me on ChinkyMel’s Corner, you would know that I have had a bad case of tonsillitis. I have been on bed rest these past few days.

So anyhow, despite the pain I was in (I have such a low threshold for pain), I couldn’t help but smile because everyone was just so kind and caring, especially my mom, boyfriend, friends, and blog buddies.  I came across the above picture last night and thought, hey, this is a nice way to live.  If we start each day positively then that would just be great. But then, this is real life, there are going to be days that do not turn out so well, days when you want to hide under the covers and cry… Am I right? Well, I sure have had my share of days like those but know what? The world goes on with or without us. So I figured, I’d let out a few tears but I’d also count my blessings.

There are times when you are so down. Times when you feel like crying. And then when you look down you see big brown eyes who seems to cry out “I’m here!” Then makes his way to your lap and licks your hand.

Dogs really are so sweet aren’t they? I want you guys to meet my two dogs, Peanut and Sugar. Aren’t they adorable?!

Now how adorable is that?! He is just a big ball of fur waiting to be hugged. I want him. I think Peanut and Sugar needs another friend to add on to the family.

During this time of the year, people who are in the U.S. are probably on their Spring Break. Oh gosh, I miss Spring! Oh Spring could you please visit me here. Living in a tropical country, it really gets crazy humid hot around here. Spring has always been a favorite of mine. The weather is not too hot and not too cold either. It’s the perfect time to go out to the park and watch the little duckies swim in the pond, the perfect time to go to local carnivals and ride the merry go round and eat yummmy cotton candy.
